Absolutely. We charge a flat fee of £600per day (Plus VAT) which will include a full review of the current project status, a findings report pinpointing the areas that need addressing, a comprehensive turnaround plan covering all five critical aspects of Project rescue and implementation of the plan for as long as is required, plus a full handover.
